Calendar Rules

Create a personal set of rules to follow each day. Additionally, write a brief note in the calendar itself about how you felt that day. Were you proud, frustrated, confident, or something else? What triggered those emotions?

• Green Day: You traded and checked off ALL your personal rules.
• Red Day: You traded but left at least one rule unchecked (broke a rule).
• Neutral: You marked the day as "No Trade".
